Humanity was also one of the first San Diego gyms to embrace HYROX, the indoor fitness race that mixes running with functional strength stations, marketing dedicated HYROX training since 2023. With HYROX now scheduled to hold its first San Diego race, that head start matters for anyone training for race day. The box also welcomes visiting athletes who want to drop in for a workout.
